Michael Thompson, PA-C

Michael Thompson, PA-C, received his bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Illinois, and his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Grand Valley State University in Michigan. In addition, he is ACLS certified. Michael likes taking care of the individual as a whole and coordinating care between specialists in the hospital setting. He joined Inpatient Physician Associates in 2023 and enjoys working with its fantastic team of physicians and advanced practitioners.

Michael grew up in Fraser, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. He is married and the proud father of two sons, and his family also includes a Goldendoodle. Outside of work, Michael enjoys practicing Taekwondo with his sons, and together they have earned their black belts. He values spending time with his family and is actively involved in both Boy Scouts and his church community.
