Megan Stitt, BSN, CMSRN, MSN, AGACNP, APRN
Megan Stitt, APRN, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Social Sciences from Bryan College of Health Sciences in Lincoln, Nebraska, in 2010. During her studies, she gained valuable experience in hospice medicine, laying the foundation for her patient-centered approach to care.
After graduation, Megan began her nursing career at Bryan Medical Center, where she specialized in stroke and oncology care. She later expanded her clinical expertise in post-surgical and vascular nursing while pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing through the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). During this time, she also earned certification as a Medical-Surgical Nurse.
In 2016, Megan joined Inpatient Physician Associates (IPA) as a Nurse Practitioner. She is actively involved in leadership and professional development initiatives, serving on the Social & Wellness Committee and the Ad Hoc Documentation Committee, and as an APP Executive Representative on the IPA Executive Committee.
Beyond her clinical work, Megan is passionate about community service and education. Since 2017, she has volunteered with Clinic with a Heart in a variety of roles. She also teaches Provider Communication for Bryan Health’s Nurse Residency Program and serves on the Nurse Residency Advisory Board, helping to support and mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Megan is a lifelong Lincoln resident, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, and their beloved cat.
