Michael Thompson, PA-C

Michael Thompson, PA-C, received his bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Illinois, and his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Grand Valley State University in Michigan. In addition, he is ACLS certified. Michael likes taking care of the individual as a whole and coordinating care between specialists in the hospital setting. He joined Inpatient Physician Associates in 2023 and enjoys working with its fantastic team of physicians and advanced practitioners.

Michael grew up in Fraser, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. He is married with two sons and a Goldendoodle. He and his sons enjoy Taekwondo and are working toward their black belts. He enjoys spending time with his family and being active in Boy Scouts and their church.
