Drew Thompson, MD

Drew Thompson, MD, completed his Bachelor of Biology at the University of Nebraska, and earned his Doctor of Medicine from University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. Dr. Drew Thompson is board-certified in Internal Medicine and joined Inpatient Physician Associates in 2025.

Dr. Thompson grew up in Aurora, NE, and he and his wife, Ellie, have a young son named Oliver and a Weiner dog named Hazel. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, traveling, skiing, boating, and spending time with his family and friends.
