Brenda Sebek, MSN, RN

Brenda Sebek, MSN, RN, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Inpatient Physician Associates (IPA). She completed her undergraduate studies at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in Omaha. She later obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences in Lincoln.
Prior to joining IPA in 2016, Brenda served as Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at CHI Health. With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, she has been instrumental in advancing clinical excellence and driving meaningful transformation across multiple organizations, including IPA. Brenda views her role not simply as a position, but as a mission to serve others, and she is grateful to work alongside a dedicated team of providers committed to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting one another.
Originally from Garland, Nebraska, Brenda and her husband, Michael, have four children—Briahtia (Jared), Briley (Nolan), Mitchell (Abigail), and Brynn—and one grandson, Tucker. Their family also includes two beloved pets, Milli and Nalla. In her personal time, Brenda enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, staying active, and volunteering. She is actively involved with Clinic With A Heart, the Heartland Cancer Foundation Guild, serves on the Heartland Cancer Foundation Board of Directors, the Pius X Booster Club, the Board of Directors for Nebraska Lasers, and is an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
