Brenda Sebek, MSN, RN, serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Inpatient Physician Associates (IPA). She completed her undergraduate studies at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in Omaha, and later received her Master of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences in Lincoln.
Before joining IPA in 2016, Brenda served as Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at CHI Health. With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, she has dedicated her career to advancing clinical excellence, fostering high-performing teams, and driving strategic initiatives that improve patient care and operational performance. At IPA, Brenda is committed to supporting physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff while cultivating a culture centered on collaboration, service, and exceptional patient outcomes. She considers healthcare leadership both a privilege and a calling and is honored to work alongside a team dedicated to delivering outstanding care to every patient.
A native of Garland, Nebraska, Brenda and her husband, Michael, have four children—Briahtia (Jared), Briley (Nolan), Mitchell (Abigail), and Brynn—and two grandsons, Tucker and Cooper. Their family also includes two beloved pets, Milli and Nalla.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Brenda enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, staying active, and giving back to the community. She is actively involved with Clinic With A Heart, serves on the Board of Directors for the Heartland Cancer Foundation, participates in the Heartland Cancer Foundation Guild, serves on the Board of Directors for Nebraska Lasers, supports the Pius X Booster Club, and is an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
